At DPS Barra, we aim to impart education that awakens in students the ability to recognize the power and beauty that lies within them.
We understand that the formative years of a child in school are crucial for the development of a solid foundation. Therefore, we strive to provide a conducive, safe and trusted environment that fosters effective learning. The entire ethos of the school is designed to mould students into multifaceted individuals, capable of making their mark in the competitive world of today.
Teachers at DPS Barra are professionally equipped to handle the curriculum and assessment pattern, carefully looking into the individual needs of every child. Their aim is not only to teach students but to develop in them, the abilities to think and solve problems.
The exemplary infrastructure of the school helps in shaping the physical, mental and artistic faculties of students as they receive regular training via various club activities, inter house and inter school competitions. Students learn through experience and get exposure and motivation for greater achievements.
Our students have made us proud both in academics and extracurricular activities.
Students have scored 100% Results in Class X and XII Board Examinations. They have brought laurels to the school by securing a place in the Top 10 Positions in the city.
Our sports stars, artists and orators have represented the school and won prizes at the City, District and State Level Competitions.
