Senior Investiture

The Investiture Ceremony was held on 8th Sept, 2023 at DPS, BARRA to encourage and Kindle leadership qualities in our young prodigies. The student council for the session 2023-24 was formed. Students were chosen for School Posts and House posts. The investiture ceremony successfully inducted the newly elected members of school prefectorial board. The Ceremony started by lightning of the lamp, which signifies the removal of darkness and upward movement of the flame which denotes a path of wisdom and divinity. Newly formed council Headboy and Headgirl along with Sports Captain, House Captains and SGA Members were honoured by the chief guest, Mr. Ganesh Shankar Tiwari, an associate vice-president, Amar Ujala along with our respected Principal, Ms. Jayanti Mitra.
The chief guest administered the oath of allegiance. The principal motivated the students and blessed them with her golden views to help the students make their vision clear and fulfil their duties.
She reminded the children that they are the torchbearers of all the values that the school stands for, and urged them to take responsibilities with commitment and integrity.
